ICHIMATSU Two Square Plates Set - Wood S

These square plates are part of the ICHIMATSU series by HAKUICHI. They are made with Douglas Fir plywood, have a water-resistant finish, and are lightweight, durable, and easy to use. 

The ichimatsu pattern, also known as a checkered pattern, symbolizes prosperity, uninterrupted growth, and harmony. It's a recurring pattern of alternating squares and is considered an auspicious symbol in Japanese culture. 

Please note that each piece is handmade by artisans, so the ones you receive could differ slightly from the photograph.
